Regarding your request
The process from request to narration delivery
1. Consultation
When making an inquiry,
・Consultation details (content, word count of the manuscript, commercial use, whether copyright will be transferred)
Please include the following information when contacting us: • Delivery date • Budget • Intended use.
2. Quotation and Order
Based on the information we receive, we will propose pricing and assigned cast members. Once you are satisfied with the terms, we will formally accept your request and begin preparations for production.
3. Audio recording and editing
The assigned cast member will record the audio and carefully perform sound adjustments such as noise reduction. Normally, the audio will be delivered within 3 to 5 days of receiving the script. *Express delivery on the same day or the next day is available as a paid option.
4. Delivery of audio data
The completed audio data will be sent to you via email or a data transfer service.
Once you receive the file, please check to make sure there are no problems with the audio.
5. Inspection and Payment
Once the audio has been reviewed and accepted, we will send you an invoice.
Please make the payment by bank transfer by the due date.
